1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyTO ("the platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

This is a legally binding agreement between you and MyTO. By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

This platform provides a recruitment and networking service for Counter-Strike 2 players, teams, and organizations in North America. Users can create profiles, post listings, and connect with other members of the CS2 community.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Impersonate other users or organizations
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Scrape, copy, or download content using automated means
• Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

5. Content

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Post Expiration

All posts automatically expire after 14 days of inactivity. Users can renew their posts to keep them active. Expired posts may be archived or deleted at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. We are not responsible for any disputes between users, teams, or organizations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Your public posts may remain visible but will be disassociated from your account.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTO, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another user.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyTO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service should first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
